Jesse and his crew are professional and dependable. He replaced a split system for me. I had an issue with getting my job approved by the City of Huntsville. This issue had nothing to do with Jesse’s work, but to do with where the unit was previously placed. It wasn’t Jesse’s issue but he took it upon himself to intercede and resolve it to my benefit. I had several bids and Jesse’s was the most thorough. He even mentioned he would need to flush the lines to remove the old refrigerant to ensure no contamination with the new product. No other bid even mentioned this small but apparently important detail. This speaks to Jesse’s thoroughness. His dedication to his customers is top notch. Jesse cares about his customers and their families. In fact his office called me up several weeks ago and wanted to set up a time for Jesse to come out and be sure the unit had no issues before it cranked up for the summer. We had a great experience with Sub-Thermal Solutions. First , I want to start by saying I called on Fri morning at 8:30 in hopes I could be scheduled for at least Mon to get our heat checked out. Luckily my house was close to the job they had and was able to get to me that morning. They were very thorough with their decision on how to get our heat back up and running. Within no time we had a game plan and some heat. I will definitely be using them if ever needed in future.

Jesse at Sub-Thermal Solutions has worked on units at personal, rental and business properties for us. Very professional and HONEST!! He has worked in the freezing cold when my 85 year old mothers heat went out. On another occasion Jesse dropped what he was doing when the central unit in my VRBO went out ( in the scorching heat) while I had guest there for a week! That’s just two examples. I could list many more reasons for my 5 start review. I would give him 10 if Google had 10⭐!! I am a hairdresser and I recommend him to anyone that mentions needing a HVAC guy !!
